Converted to Mozilla Firefox browser

Today I started to use Mozilla FireFox (version 2.0.0.6) as my primary browser. So far things are looking really good. If you don't use Mozilla you should try it.

I have always used IE as my main browser. I worked in several .Net web development environments, and IE is a must for that. When developing websites for clients I would always check the formatting in IE and Mozilla, and sometimes Opera and Safari for Macs.

I read several articles recently about the security flaws in IE, and thought I would try Mozilla full time.

I use the RoboForm toolbar plug-in for IE. This helps greatly with storing website login information, and form information, for tasks such as web or article directory submissions. The RoboForm toolbar, and all of my settings are automatically installed in Mozilla. So no problems there.

I use the Google toolbar, for searching, PageRank indication and recently for spell checking my text when submitting forms. These features are all included in Mozilla. The Google toolbar is even better in Mozilla than IE. The spell check feature of the Google Toolbar is spell checking the text as I type this post.

I imported all of my favorites from IE into Mozilla. The only draw back is the favorites sidebar, which is a little better in IE7 than Mozilla 2. I am sure that is marked for improvement in coming releases.

Mozilla has its own file download manager, which makes things tidier.

So far things are looking great for Mozilla on my PC. If you haven't already tried Mozilla you should :-)
